This Show Garden would be nothing if it wasn’t for the incredible talent of Mike Russell – Mike designed an amazing garden for Headway Shropshire at the Flower Show last year and as a result we picked up the Mike Hough Memorial Trophy for Best Outdoor Garden and a SHS Gold Medal.
Mike, who is based in Church Stretton, is trained in Art and Garden Design, Habitat Creation, Wildlife Gardening and Horticulture. A winner of the RHS Silver Gilt Award twice over, Mike has previously worked with the National Trust and Shropshire Wildlife Trust and possesses exceptional visualisation and imagination, which is clearly demonstrated in his design concepts!
